Patrick’s expertise in both construction and real estate allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. Renee Aldecocea serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing & Administration at LCB, where she has spent nearly three decades helping shape the heart and spirit of the company. Growing alongside this family-built business, she has worn almost every hat, gaining a deep appreciation for the details, the craft, and the incredible people who make great homes possible. Renee brings a calm, creative presence, a passion for meaningful storytelling, and a belief that the best work happens when people feel supported, inspired, and genuinely cared for.
Rob Aldecocea is the Vice President and Director of Operations at LCB. Rob began his career at Lake Country Builders as Director of Design before moving into operations, where he now oversees field production, construction quality, and team leadership across all job sites. With decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the full design-build process, Rob is committed to delivering thoughtful craftsmanship, strong collaboration, and a seamless build experience for every client.
